Want a COA before you order?
Email the compound name to support@peptific.com and we will send the most recent lot's Certificate of Analysis. No qualification step, no upsell, no waiting list.
If you need the COA tied to a specific lot you have already received, reply to your shipping confirmation with the lot ID printed on the vial.
Order arrived damaged or wrong?
Email support@peptific.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We replace damaged, mis-labeled, or short-fill vials.
We do not offer standard returns on intact, correctly-shipped product — once a vial leaves controlled custody it cannot be re-introduced into stock.
