Vials are packed in sealed protective packaging suited to the compound's transport requirements. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient transit temperatures for the duration of standard ground delivery.
Methods, rates, and timing
During the current contact-first launch phase, the carrier, rate, and delivery estimate are confirmed with you before payment is taken. That is the binding source for what you will pay and how fast it will arrive.
Most domestic orders enter the carrier flow within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. International availability and timing depend on destination and are confirmed case by case before payment.
Tracking
Tracking is sent at label creation. If a shipment is split, partially fulfilled, or rerouted, tracking updates follow the actual events — not a generic timeline.
If tracking stalls or a delivery looks misrouted, email support@peptific.com with the order number — we will pull the fulfillment record and reach out to the carrier.
Damage and delivery issues
If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, email support@peptific.com with the order number and a photo of the issue. We replace damaged or mis-shipped vials.
Report damage promptly — within 5 business days of delivery is ideal so the carrier claim window stays open.
